Welcome to the Fairmont Cloverdale 19528 Fraser Highway Surrey BC
The fairmont condo building was originally constructed in 1994. There are 3 floors in total inside the complex and 110 units. The smallest size condos are a little over 700 square feet and 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, all the way to the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom layout which is a little less than 1000 square feet.

The Location
The Fairmont is located right on the boarder of Surrey(Cloverdale) and Langley. Literally you could throw a football and land on the Langley side of the road. Having sold two condos in this building within recent months, I can tell you that many prospective home buyers mis this complex when searching for a condo. Partly to do with the limitations on MLS search engines for both the public and the Realtor community.  When searching for a Langley condo this complex does not come up, because it is in Cloverdale.  However, many forget that it is literally foot steps from Willowbrook Mall and the Langley side of 196th avenue and Fraser Highway. The location is great, Willowbrook mall close by, shopping, groceries and restaurants all within a nice 5 minute walk. 

The community
The area is a less busy alternative to the busy Cloverdale area of Clayton.  In this neighborhood there are a lot of older homes built in the 60s 70s and 80s which are near bye.  As this was one of the originally developed areas of Cloverdale.  It is quiet which is a bit of a surprise being so close to Fraser Highway, but the stop light on Willowbrook drive definately helps. 

The bottom line for a condo building which was built in the mid 90s the Fairmont has it all. Yes it has some small maintenance issues and a slightly higher strata fee than you would typically find in a newer development, however the strata council and management company is amazing, and there is lots of money in the reserve fund for future expenses.  The grounds are neatly kept and has lots of green space, there are great amenities including an exercise room, pool table, sauna and guest room. Natural Gas hook up is included into your maintenance fees and updates to the building have been done over time. There is wheel chair access and elevator access to the under ground parking garage.
