Introduction
La Rue Cloverdale Town Homes.  At first glance, the La Rue Town Homes in the popular Clayton neighborhood of Cloverdale seems like it is step up above the rest of the 100s of other Clayton Town Homes.  At a closer look, it really is.  From the roomy entrance of the complex to the terrific use of space that the landscaping boasts, to the elegance of the French country charm combined with Georgian influence, this Town Home complex has it all.  Unlike many other complexes in Clayton, the La Rue has an immediate feeling of a warm family like neighborhood as soon as you enter.  The units are all well spaced out and the developer Woodbridge Homes LTD really did a great job not jamming the number of homes into the complex.  All of the 49 units were constructed with Privacy and quality of life taken into consideration by the builder and it shows.  The original homes for sale sold quickly with only a few left for sale as of today May 5, 2013.

The Floor plans
In total there are 7 different lay outs, ranging from a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom, to a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom.  My favorite floor plans are C2 and E1 (both featured above) The C2 plan is 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom at a little over 1400 square feet.  The E1 plan 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom at just under 1300 square feet.

The community
In Clayton one thing is for sure, the neighborhood has come along way since I was a kid walking by the Horse Ranch's and watching movies at the Hillcrest drive in!  In less than 15 years Clayton has become the fastest growing area of Cloverdale, with a new High school that opened its doors in 2001, it has a fantastic dog park for you pet lovers, and loads of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. It is just a short drive to Willowbrook mall as well as the 200th street shopping.  In this neighborhood it is literally a 15 minute walk to anything you would need, so park the car.

The Location
You have heard it a 100 times right, Location Location Location.  Well the La Rue complex certainly has the ideal Location.  Just far enough away from Fraser Highway and 64th avenue, (2 of the main 4 arteries when traveling in Cloverdale) The complex is close to get in and out off of the main streets, but far enough away that noise is not an issue and street parking is ample given the density of the area.  Bottom line as I mentioned above, you can literally walk any where you would need to go to and leave the car at home.  What more could you ask for?
